3 ingredients is all you need for a healthy post workout snack

Ok, I admit: I didn't work out today but we spent most of the day in the car driving to meetings and we ran out of Superboost sachets- oh no! So, I quickly whipped up a crispy treat to take with us on our business trip:
Superboost Crispies
3 cups of gluten-free rice crispies, 1/4 of a cup of honey, 1/2 of a cup of Superboost nutbutter. Pre-heat oven on 325 Fahrenheit or 170 Degrees fan-assisted.
Put the honey in a saucepan and warm it up till it becomes liquid, take it off the heat and stir in the nutbutter before pouring the liquid mixture onto the rice crispies and combining it all.
Put some greaseproof paper in a deep baking tray and spread out the mixture evenly. It doesn't matter if some of the rice crispies are sticking up, or some corners are thicker than other- this is not GBBO ;)
Anyway, pop it in the oven for 5-6 minutes to soften the rice crispies and to make the soak up the liquid. Take the tray out of the oven and leave on the side to cool for a few minutes before sticking the tray into the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
Now, you can cut them into squares and either have them with your afternoon tea, after your workout, as a snack at your desk or pretty much whenver you feel like it. They are just too good!!!
